iiHSDPF: Crowding in Finance for the Health System.

The 2018 forum connected Universal Health Coverage to domestic financing, public-private partnerships, workforce capability, technologies, infrastructure, health information and county delivery. This page organises the report into usable thematic layers rather than reproducing the event timetable.

Report overview

A three-day working forum, not simply a conference.

iiHSDPF brought academia, national and county health leadership, development partners, financial institutions, private providers, professional bodies and technology actors into one programme. Its report records an opening session, a UHC2030 keynote, 19 numbered technical sessions and county perspectives from Trans Nzoia, Nyeri and Mandera.

The central question was practical: how could public priorities be translated into stronger systems, investable projects, financing routes and institutional follow-through?

Policy ambition was connected to finance, capability and county execution.

The report moves from UHC and aid effectiveness into PPPs, provider finance, workforce, infrastructure and data systems.
