County PPP opportunities frequently stall because responsibilities are dispersed and no focal structure owns the pipeline, coordinates departments or maintains contact with national PPP institutions and advisers.
This course helps counties establish or strengthen a PPP node with clear membership, responsibilities, operating routines, reporting lines and project-development disciplines.
