Course overview

Public-private partnerships bring public authorities and private-sector capability together to develop, finance, deliver or operate public infrastructure and services. Their success depends on more than choosing a contractual model.

This introductory course provides a structured view of the PPP lifecycle—from project identification and initial screening through feasibility, procurement, financing, contract award, implementation, performance management and handback.
