Course overview
Pre-feasibility is the bridge between an attractive idea and a defensible decision to invest in full project preparation. Weak early analysis allows unsuitable projects to consume time and advisory budgets.
This course shows participants how to frame the public need, test options, identify demand and technical assumptions, examine delivery models, map approvals and define the studies required for the next phase.
