Paraclete training and institutional capability work

Course overview

A PPP should not be selected merely because private finance is available. Public authorities must determine whether the proposed structure is affordable and likely to provide better whole-life value.

This course introduces value-for-money analysis and public-sector cost comparison as decision-support tools, covering costs, revenues, financing assumptions, retained risks, transferred risks and contingent liabilities.
