National institutions, counties, development partners, academia, professional bodies and business were brought into one structured health-system conversation.
County need registration and node training
Counties progressed health PPP priorities and built capability to organise projects through county PPP nodes.
THS-UCP deliberation and follow-through
World Bank Group and county-government engagement contributed to a county-focused financing mechanism within THS-UCP.
